DAYTON - Riding a garden tractor down Route 322 in the town of Dayton isn't keeping a South Dayton man from facing driving while intoxicated charges.
Robert L. Scott, 62, of South Dayton was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, DWI per se for having a blood-alcohol content of more than .08 percent, unregistered motor vehicle and no tail lights after deputies responded to a report of a man driving on Route 322 on his garden tractor.
Scott will be in Dayton Town Court later.
