PORTLAND - The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office is looking for anyone with information regarding an incident Wednesday on Lakeside Boulevard Extension in Portland.
According to a police report, a man heard a noise coming from his garage and saw between five and six individuals running from the area. The individuals got into two different vehicles, described as a silver van and a silver pick-up truck, and drove away.
The man pursued the vehicles before the two fleeing vehicles stopped and confronted the homeowner, punching and kicking the man until he was unconscious.
