CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
ALLEGANY - Thomas A. Gilray, 50, of 1474 Four Mile Road, Allegany, was arrested at his residence on a Cattaraugus County Court violation of probation warrant at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday. He was transported to the Cattaraugus County Jail to be held pending an appearance in Cattaraugus County Court.

PORTLAND - Vincent J. Mardino, 32, of Mathews Road, Portland, was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, two counts of criminal obstruction of breathing and second-degree harassment at 6 p.m. Thursday. Chautauqua County Sheriff deputies and the New York State Police were called to a residence in Portland for an alleged dispute. After an investigation, Mardino was charged and was arraigned in the town of Portland Court and released on his own recognizance.
ARKWRIGHT - Bianca M. Campese, 20, of Fredonia, was charged with second-degree harassment at midnight on Friday in Arkwright. Deputies charged Campese after an alleged incident. She was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the town of Arkwright court at a later date.
Andrea L. Miller, 22, of Lakewood, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated per se and failure to keep right at 2:21 a.m. Friday. An officer observed a vehicle fail to keep right as it was traveling on Allen Street. The vehicle was stopped and the investigation revealed that Miller, the operator, was intoxicated. She was placed under arrest and a transported to the city jail where a chemical test of her blood alcohol content was performed resulting in above the legal limit in New York State. Miller was later released on appearance tickets and will appear in Jamestown City Court on a later date.
