Rolly and Terry Austin of Falconer, N.Y. announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie, to Jamin Buttafarro, the son of Jim and Brenda Buttafarro of Jamestown, N.Y.
Miss Austin is a graduate of Allegheny College, and had been employed teaching English in France. Her fiance is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute, and is employed by Wegmans.
A Sept. 22, 2012, wedding is planned in Niagara Falls, N.Y.
