MAYVILLE - David W. Foley, Chautauqua County district attorney, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court before the Hon. John T. Ward, Chautauqua County Court judge:
Garrett J. Bowen, 19, of 8860 Belson Road, Westfield, was sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation with restitution for third-degree burglary.
Brandon R. Hogg, 22, of 44 E. Summit Ave., Lakewood, was sentenced to six months in jail and five years ISP probation for fourth-degree grand larceny.
Eric R. Acevedo, 28, of 124 Maple Ave., Dunkirk, was sentenced to time served, five years probation and six months driver's license suspended for fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
