JAMESTOWN POLICE
David T. McIntire, 50, of Jamestown, was charged with two counts of second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct and second-degree obstructing governmental administration at 10:46 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, two women called police asking for help from a drunk man who was following them. Police report McIntire was loud and uncooperative when officers found him, turning on the investigating officer multiple times with clenched fists as to fight and had to be restrained. Ellicott police officers assisted at the scene. McIntire will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.
Matthew Coan, 35, of Jamestown, was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI and failure to yield right of way at 6:04 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, officers responded to an accident at the intersection of Foote Avenue and Marion Street. Coan was charged and will be in court later.
Larissa D. Babcock, 21, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree harassment at 9:45 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, Babcock was served an outstanding warrant for the charge. She will be arraigned in Jamestown City Court.
Lee M. Babcock, 54, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 10:18 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, he came into the public reception area of the police department to post bail for a family member. He then began swearing and slamming doors in front of other people in the reception area. Babcock was charged and taken to the city jail before being released to be in court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
CHAUTAUQUA - Thomas J. Douglas, 26, of Ashville, was charged with failure to keep right and refusing to take a DWI test at 2:20 a.m. Thursday. He will be in court later.
VILLENOVA - A 16-year-old Cherry Creek youth was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and various vehicle and traffic violations at 9:25 p.m. Thursday. According to a police report, deputies received a complaint that a 2009 GMC pick-up truck had been stolen. At 9:25 p.m., deputies saw the stolen vehicle speeding on Route 93 in Villenova. The vehicle was pulled over and the youth was charged.
HANOVER - Haley Meier, 19, of Lancaster, Courtney Simoneit, 18, of Hamburg, and Cameron White, 18, of Hamburg, were all charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage while under 21 years of age at 9:15 p.m. Sunday. All three will be in Hanover Town Court later.

SHERMAN - Haydon J. Gangloff, 21, of Ridgeway, Pa., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:55 p.m. Sunday. Cash bail was set at $500.
SHERMAN - Andrew J. Usyk, 20, of Collins, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:20 p.m. Sunday. He was taken into custody and held pending further action.
SHERMAN - Chelsea E. Brennan, 19, of Perrysburg, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance at 12:20 p.m. Sunday. She was taken into custody and held pending further action.
SHERMAN - Shannon R. Burgun, 26, of Westfield, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 11:30 a.m. Sunday. Burgun will be in court later.
SHERMAN - Benjamin L. Reed, 27, of Westfield, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 11:30 a.m. Sunday. Reed will be in court later.
SHERMAN - Jared D. Farnham, 31, of South Dayton, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12 p.m. Sunday. Farnham will be in court later.
HANOVER - Amber E. Lewis, 22, of Perrysburg, was charged with DWI and aggravated DWI per se at 9:40 p.m. Sunday. She was released to a third party and will be in court later.
DUNKIRK - Jennifer M. Melendez-Contreras, 27, of Dunkirk, was charged with third-degree burglary at 3:30 a.m. on June 28. Bail was set at $20,000 cash.
DUNKIRK - A 17-year-old female from Fredonia was charged with third-degree burglary at 6:05 a.m. on June 28. Bail was set at $20,000 cash.
DUNKIRK - Merritt D. Wolcott, 21, of Dunkirk, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property at 8:45 a.m. Friday. After being taken into custody he was held pending further action.
SHERIDAN - Mary M. Rizzo, 33, of North East, Pa., was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent at 3 a.m. Saturday.
NORTH HARMONY - Todd D. Winton, 50, of Sinclairville, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment at 2:35 a.m. Friday. Winton was held in lieu of cash bail.
VILLENOVA - Joseph Corsaro, 27, of South Dayton was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 5:53 p.m. Thursday. He will be in court later.
PORTLAND - Frank M. Battaglia, 31, of Fredonia, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and an outstanding warrant for his arrest was executed at 6:18 p.m. Wednesday. He will be in court later.
PERSIA - Kipa L. Limonti, 40, of Buffalo, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:45 p.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
ELLICOTT - Daniel J. Thompson, 26, of Stockton, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent and DWI at 3:52 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.
PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE
FARMINGTON - Chris R. Saxton, 42, of Jamestown, was charged with DUI at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday with other traffic violations possible. According to a police report, a vehicle Saxton was driving crossed the eastbound lane of Route 957 and hit a guard rail. The vehicle stopped facing west on top of the guard rail. Saxton will be in court later.
