A water main break closed a section of Second Street on Monday. Jamestown Board of Public Utilities crews were on the scene before 8 a.m. Monday after the water main broke. They had to dig into Second Street, near The Post-Journal, to fix one section of pipe before digging a second hole closer to Cherry Street. Second Street was closed from Cherry Street to Main Street until shortly after 8 p.m. Monday.
