JAMESTOWN POLICE
Melinda M. Lewis, 42, of Kennedy was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator, DWI and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or more at 2:19 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, a pick-up truck with several people in it was seen at a closed business on Harrison Street, near Winsor Street. The vehicle was checked and police say Lewis was seen operating the vehicle with three passengers. She will be arraigned in the Jamestown City Court.
Caz G. Stepp, 40, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment at 12:30 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, officers responded to 28 Euclid Ave. for a reported domestic dispute. Police report Stepp punched a woman several times. He was taken to the city jail.
Jeffrey L. Morris, 46, of Gowanda was taken into custody at 2 p.m. Sunday on an outstanding warrant that charged him with fourth-degree criminal mischief. The warrant stems from a domestic incident May 1. Morris was taken to the city jail pending arraignment.
Richard D. Penhollow II, 21, of Jamestown, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant charging him with fourth-degree criminal mischief. The warrant stems from a domestic incident June 30. Penhollow was taken to the city jail pending arraignment.
Leslie D. Rowland, 50, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 6 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, an officer saw Rowland driving a vehicle with a woman and knew there was an order of protection in effect ordering Rowland to stay away from the woman. When Rowland was pulled over, he was additionally charged because his driver's license was suspended. He was taken to the city jail pending arraignment.
David W. Lawrence, 45, of Gerry, was charged with aggravated DWI and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 8:39 p.m. Friday. According to a police report, a complaint was received from a concerned citizen regarding an erratic driver after Lawrence was seen stumbling outside his vehicle before getting into the vehicle and driving away. A short distance later, he was pulled over, charged and taken to the city jail. He was arraigned in city court.

HANOVER - William V. Mitchell, 39, of Hamburg, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, DWI and DWI per se for having a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher at 2:05 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, deputies pulled over a vehicle driven by Mitchell after he didn't stop at a stop sign on Alleghany Road in Hanover. He will be in court later.
SHERMAN - Ryan E. Blair, 32, of Erie, Pa., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana at 7:35 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.

SHERMAN - Yamaris L. Camacho, 21, of Jamestown, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:30 p.m. Friday. She will be in court later.
SHERMAN - Dennis G. Mitchell, 23, of Gowanda, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:30 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.
SHERMAN - Christopher R. Geer, 32, of Waterford, Pa., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.
SHERMAN - Patrick T. Sheridan, 20, of West Seneca, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:30 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.
SHERMAN - Anthony J. Dzuricky, 24, of Erie, Pa., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana at 3:25 p.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
SHERMAN - Chad A. Esklar, 41, of Coudersport, Pa., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 3:33 p.m. Thursday. He will be in court later.
SHERMAN - Aaron M. Chambers, 35, of Ripley was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment at 4:56 p.m. Thursday. He will be in court later.
SHERMAN - Kaleb S. Mason, 24, of Collins, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs at 2:59 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.
SHERMAN - Nigel T. Mustapha, 23, of Colorado Springs, Colo., was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana at 3:10 p.m. Friday. He was held pending further action.
SHERMAN - Elizabeth L. Raynor, 27, of Colorado Springs, Colo., was charged with two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana, tampering with physical evidence and possession of a controlled substance in a non-original container at 3:10 p.m. Friday. She was held pending further action.
DUNKIRK -Marquis S. Singh, 20, of Fredonia, was charged with violating probation and third-degree burglary at 3:30 a.m. on June 28. Bail was set at $20,000 cash.
