He owned Coughlan's Pub in Fredonia.
The funeral will be at 9:15 a.m. Wednesday in the McGraw-Kowal Funeral Home, 736 Central Ave., Dunkirk, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in Holy Trinity Church, 1032 Central Ave., Dunkirk. Visitation 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and Tuesday in the funeral home. Burial in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Sheridan. Memorials may be made to the RO Foundation, 212 Lakeshore Drive West, Dunkirk, NY 14048.
