Brick House Bed & Breakfast has received the "Certificate of Excellence" award from TripAdvisor for the second consecutive year. Randy and Lori DeVaul are pleased with the accomplishment. "We recognize that our guests have options when staying with us and we are grateful for their continued support," said DeVaul.
The award is based on maintaining a 5-star rating - the highest available - on guest reviews. There are numerous review sites available online. DeVaul chose TripAdvisor as its primary guest review site because, DeVaul states, "I can't delete or edit the responses. I can only respond to them." The TripAdvisor site won't allow owners of businesses to alter customer reviews.
Other factors that go into reviews include nearby locations, such as restaurants and other local businesses. "Westfield is a great community with great people. We know when we send our guests to a restaurant, both our reputation and the restaurant's reputation is on the line." Although the award goes to Brick House, the owners recognize it is the full experience of the visit that ensures a positive review.
