Ella M. "Ellie" Jose, 52, of Swanson Road, Jamestown, passed away Tuesday (July 3, 2012), in WCA Hospital.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Falconer Funeral Home. The Rev. Daniel S. Rumfelt, chaplain of Lutheran Home and Rehab Center, will officiate.
Friends will be received by the family from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday in the funeral home.
