Tanner, John Hairston and Tommy Muecke stroked two hits with Tanner and Zak Trim doubling for Bemus Point.
Brian and Matt Dodalek split four hits in defeat.
The tourney resumes at 6 p.m. Thursday with Valley meeting Frewsburg at Falconer Little League Field.
CITY JR. REC LEAGUE
Jonny Breeding smashed two hits, including a home run, and Christian Frankiewicz added two hits as the Affinity Blue Jays downed the Big Lots Astros, 4-1.
Zach Breeding and Oneill Rosado stroked triples and Joshua Tonkin a double in the win.
Ben Oswalt had a double for Big Lots.
