LAKEWOOD - The 128-foot long, two-wing dock, which can hold six to eight boats, has been assembled at Richard O. Hartley Park. In May, the Lakewood village board approved the proposal to install a public dock at Hartley Park. Lakewood officials hope the public dock will draw boat owners to visit and shop at the businesses along Chautauqua Avenue. Village officials purchased the dock from the same company, M&M Enterprises of Celoron, that supplied the boat launch at Community Park by the Lakewood Rod & Gun Club.
