WESTFIELD POLICE

WESTFIELD - Calvin D. Kinsey, 23, of Dunkirk; Taylor R. Lawson, 20, of Westfield; and Kayle M. Wibert, 20, of Brocton were all charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:22 a.m. Saturday. According to a police report, officers investigated a report of suspicious vehicles parked on South Portage Street in Dunkirk, resulting in the charges. All three subjects were issued appearance tickets and will be in court at a later date.

WESTFIELD - Tara L. Boltz, 34, of Mayville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while using a mobile phone, violating a restricted-use license, unlicensed operator and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 1:01 a.m. Sunday. She was issued traffic tickets and will appear in court at a later date.

DUNKIRK POLICE

DUNKIRK - Cody W. McCool, 20, of Fredonia, was charged with second-degree menacing and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon at 7 p.m. on June 27. According to a police report, officers responded to the scene of an altercation where a weapon had reportedly been displayed. A short time later, officers were able to locate McCool operating a vehicle near the intersection of Seventh Street and Central Avenue. He was ordered out of the vehicle and upon investigation, police found a pump action 12-gauge shotgun in the vehicle as well as ammunition. He was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

CLYMER - Mark F. Golebie, 51, of Pittsburgh, Pa. was charged with driving across hazard markings, DWI and DWI per se at 3:28 a.m. Tuesday. He was issued tickets and will appear in court at a later date.

HANOVER Kathryn A. Henry, 21, of Elma, and William J. Abel, 24, of Depew were both charged with open container of alcoholic beverage at 9:20 p.m. Sunday. Additionally, Erik M. Newman, 19, of Cheektowaga was charged with open container of alcoholic beverage while under 21 years old. All three subjects were issued appearance tickets for the violation and will be in court at a later date.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

HANOVER - Amanda S. Edmister, 25, of Lockport, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2 p.m Sunday. She was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be in court at a later date.

HANOVER - Brandi E. Howard, 33, of Lockport, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2 p.m Sunday. She was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be in court at a later date.

CONEWANGO - Kelsey L. Erdmann, 18, of South Dayton, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance not in its original container at 1:25 a.m. Tuesday. She was issued appearance tickets for the charges and will be in court at a later date.

CONEWANGO - Lynda L. Vanetten, 19, of South Dayton, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana and possession of a controlled substance not in its original container at 1:25 a.m. Tuesday. She was issued appearance tickets for the charges and will be in court at a later date.

FREDONIA - Henry J. Frederick, 22, of Fredonia, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be in court at a later date.

PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE

WARREN - Jean E. Berry, 39, of Warren was charged with access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking. Berry allegedly made multiple unauthorized cash withdrawals and purchases totalling $20,678. A warrant has been requested and police are asking for anyone with information regarding Berry's whereabouts to contact the Pa. State Police at 728-3600.

NORTH EAST - Lonnie J. McGlaughlin was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness at 11:50 p.m. Saturday.

RUSSELL - Charges for criminal mischief are pending against three male juveniles after they allegedly took a bike a threw it into the Conewango River. The bike suffered damage to the handlebars and seat, as well as suffering water damage from being in the river for an extended period.
