A Jamestown Police Department bicycle patrol on Friday charged seven people during the detail.
During the night shift, the patrol was active throughout the city. While on patrol they answered several calls for service as well as making in-progress arrests. Three individuals were arrested on outstanding warrants, two people were charged with unnecessary noise, a woman was found in possession of marijuana and an individual was seen pulling plants out of the city owned pots and damaging property.
