JAMESTOWN POLICE
Trisha D. Kaprolat, 36, of Jamestown, was charged with DWI, driving with a BAC of .08 percent, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operator and leaving the scene of a property-damage accident at 2:41 a.m. According to a police report, officers responded to a reported accident on Charles Street that involved a drunk driver. The suspect vehicle had left the scene and was located at a residence on Hebner Avenue. Kaprolat was found to be the operator of the vehicle and found to be intoxicated. She will be arraigned in the Jamestown City Court.
WESTFIELD POLICE
WESTFIELD - Andrew J. Barry, 24, of Sinclairville was charged with DWI and failure to keep right at 2:24 a.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, an officer observed a vehicle cross the center yellow line of the roadway multiple times. Barry was found to be the operator of the vehicle and was also found to be intoxicated. He will appear in court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
HANOVER - Wille J. Boler, 45, Alicia L. Armstead, 28, and Leeha L. Robertson, 50, all of Buffalo, were charged with sixth-degree conspiracy and petit larceny at 10 a.m. Wednesday. According to a police report, deputies responded to a shoplifting complaint that had just occurred at the Dollar General Store on Route 5 in Silver Creek. A witness observed a male grab an arm full of clothing off of an outdoor clothing rack at the store and load up the clothing into a vehicle. After a short investigation, it was found that the above subjects were in possession of the stolen merchandise, which included a total of 91 items. All three subjects were taken into custody, arraigned and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail. Additional charges are pending in the village of Silver Creek.
Cody A. Crane, of Jamestown, was wanted by the CCSO for violation of probation. He has been arrested on his charges and is currently being held in the Chautauqua County Jail.
Michelle L. Bush, 19, of Jamestown, was wanted by the CCSO for violation of probation. She turned herself in to probation. The warrant for Bush has been cancelled.
