Freedom Daze Spectacular Set At LV

LITTLE VALLEY - The traditional Freedom Daze Spectacular is on tap at Little Valley Speedway on July 3 and 4.

Sponsored by Randy's Collision, the racing show on Tuesday will highlight the Super Late Models, led by previous winners Jason Dupont and Mike Knight, along with other top late models drivers in the region. They will be racing for $3,000 to win.

Also on the card will be the Crate Late Models, competing for $750 in first place money; the BRP Can Am 360 Late Model Dart Challenge, looking for the $1,000 first-place check; the E-Mods, vying for $750; and the Street Stocks, racing for a $500 first place payday.

Racing begins at 7 p.m.

On Wednesday, the Freedom Daze Demolition Derby will start at 7:30 p.m. The show features a Large Car Demo, paying $1,000 to win, and a Small Car Demo, paying $500 to win. The evening will conclude with fireworks.

Tickets for the World of Outlaws Late Model Show, scheduled for Aug. 29, will be on sale starting Tuesday. Gates open at 1 p.m. with racing at 6:30 p.m. The rain date is Thursday, Aug.30.
