According to a police report, Rivera-Rodriguez was located and arrested by the Jamestown Police Department on Friday. At the time of the arrest, it was determined that there was an outstanding Chautauqua County court grand jury indictment warrant for the above charges.
The warrant stemmed from an investigation by members of the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force. It is alleged by members of the task force that Rivera-Rodriguez sold quantities of cocaine to an agent of the task force in the town of Ellicott.
After arraignment on other local warrants, Rivera-Rodriguez was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail where he will be held until his arraignment before the county court.
