JAMESTOWN POLICE

Megan E. Haer, 19, of Jamestown, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 4:25 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, officers responded to a residence on Jeffords Street for a domestic incident. It was reported that Haer damaged property of a male victim during the dispute. She was transported to the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.

Susan Thomas, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny at 7:15 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, officers responded to Farm Fresh Foods for a shoplifter in custody. Officers located the suspect, Thomas, inside. She was caught by store employees placing merchandise into her purse and made no attempt to pay for it. She was taken into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

CHAUTAUQUA - Ricky A. Zentz, 47, of Mayville, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief at 9:47 Thursday. According to a police report, the charges were issued after an alleged incident in the town of Chautauqua. Zentz was taken into custody, arraigned and released to appear in court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA - Raheem A. Butts, 21, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree promoting of prison contraband at 8:25 a.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, Butts, who was being held in the Chautauqua County Jail on narcotics-related charges, was allegedly making and possessing jailhouse wine/hooch. A cell search discovered a jar full of homemade wine in his cell. He will appear in court at a later date to answer the charge.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

RANDOLPH - Brandon J. Clifton, 27, of Randolph, and Wayne B. Wright III, 18, of Randolph, were both charged with two counts of third-degree burglary at 9 p.m. on June 20. According to a police report, the charges stem from two separate camp burglaries in the town of Randolph. Earlier this month, the Sheriff's Office responded to two different cabins that were broken into and had several items stolen from within the cabins. The subjects were arraigned and bail was set at $20,000 for Clifton and he was remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail. Wright was released to appear back in court at a later date. Additional charges are pending.

SALAMANCA - Katrina J. Ray, 29, of Salamanca was charged with disorderly conduct at 8:30 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, Ray was arrested for shouting and using abusive language in public. When deputies told her that she was under arrest she ran away from them and, once detained, struggled with both deputies. She was additionally charged with resisting arrest. Ray was arraigned and held on $1,000 bail. She will be back in court at a later date.

RANDOLPH - Sam L. Critzer, 25, of Kennedy was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child at 8:30 p.m. Saturday. According to a police report, the charges stem from a domestic incident that Critzer had in a motor vehicle where he allegedly jerked the steering wheel in an attempt to crash the car. He is also accused of trying to push his girlfriend out of the moving car onto the interstate. Critzer was arraigned and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

CHARLOTTE - Nelson X. Irizarry, 22, of Dunkirk, was charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana at 5:27 p.m. Monday. He was released on appearance tickets for the charges and will be back in court at a later date.

ARKWRIGHT - Gregory D. Shain, 29, of Forestville, was charged with second-degree harassment and DWAI at 6:57 p.m. Monday. Shain was issued appearance tickets for the charges and will be back in court at a later date.

CHERRY CREEK - A 16-year-old male from Cherry Creek was charged with second-degree menacing at 6:25 p.m. Monday. He was taken into custody and held pending further action.
