MAYVILLE - Judy D. Carr, 71, of Snug Harbor Road, Mayville, died Monday (June 25, 2012), in Westfield Memorial Hospital.
She was born July 12, 1940, in Jamestown, N.Y., the daughter of the late Clayton and Dorothy Hook Hall.
Judy had previously worked at Kling's Furniture in Mayville.

She was a member of the Lakewood American Legion Auxiliary, and the Lake Chautauqua Memorial Post Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary in Mayville.
Judy enjoyed baking, and bowling. She had bowled in different women's leagues in Mayville and Jamestown for 35 years. Judy also enjoyed working at the produce stand that she and her husband operated on Route 394 at Snug Harbor.
She is survived by her husband, Frederick H. Carr, whom she married March 9, 1983, in Chautauqua; one son, Rick Weller of Jamestown; one daughter, Debbie Meyers of Bonita Springs, Fla.; two grandchildren: Ricky Weller of Philadelphia and Samantha Weller of Jamestown; one sister, Janice Manchester of Bonita Springs, Fla; and one brother, Chuck Hall of Panama.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
