EAST LAKE BABE RUTH 13-15 LEAGUE

Behind Thomas Raiport's 12-strikeouts, three-walk, three-hitter, South Dayton blanked Silver Creek, 11-0.

Win Nelson finished with three RBIs with a double and single while Ben Clinger doubled, Raiport and Merle Wheeler added triples for the victors.

For Silver Creek, B. Rybak had a double and a single, and E. Martin had a single.

A prolific hitting attack paced Southwestern to a 17-8 victory over host Stockton.

Southwestern recorded 18 hits with three each from Noah Weinstein with a triple, Ben Burk with two doubles and Brian Westerdahl had three singles.

Zach Snow, Dakota Delaney and Nick Swanson contributed two hits with Swanson ripping a double in the victory.

Eric Priester and Snow limited Stockton to five singles by five different players while striking out 10.

CITY REC LEAGUE

McKenzie Senear and Josh Tonkin stroked a triple, double and a single as the Affinity Blue Jays beat the Gamerz Cardinals, 16-10.

Jimmy Nixon and Jonah Tonkin singled twice and doubled for the Blue Jays while teammate Calista Kester added two hits.

Jorge Colon had three hits with a home run and double and Brianna Snyder contributed three hits for the Cardinals.

SOUTHERN TIER BABE RUTH SOFTBALL

Stuart Tool and Die Falconer defeated Jock Shop Jamestown 2, 13-3, in Majors Division action.

Alyssa McCarthy, Rachel Baglia, Kylee Lindahl and Paige King each hit home runs for Stuart. Katie Fales was the defensive player of the game for her work on the mound.

Carolanne Warrior was offensive player of the game for Jock Shop and Alexis Grissom was defensive player of the game.

In 13-16 action, Farm Fresh Foods Southwestern came from behind to knock off Southern Tier Towing Jamestown 2, 4-3, in the first game of a doubleheader.

Farm Fresh's Sydney Burk knocked in the tying run with a triple and came in to score the winning run off Emilie Yochim's single in the bottom of the last inning.

Southern Tier Towing's Maggie Veras pitched well in holding Farm Fresh in check during the game.

Taylor Brightman had two hits for Southern Tier Towing, and was joined by Shay Soto and Tinisha DeJesus, who each had a hit and scored a run.

In the second game, Farm Fresh defeated Southern Tier Towing, 10-1.

Xiane Smith and Maggie Burns each had three hits and scored three runs. Burk had a home run in her two hits and Lynsey Gutzmer, Kate Johnson and Korynn Overbeck each had two hits of their own.

Brightman had two hits for Southern Tier Towing.
