JAMESTOWN POLICE

Andrea M. McKoon, 20, of Jamestown was charged with third-degree assault at 10 a.m. Wednesday. The charges stem from an incident that occurred last December at an address on Niagara Avenue in Jamestown. According to a police report, investigation revealed that McKoon did strike another female in the face several times causing her to sustain an injury. McKoon was taken into custody without incident. She was arraigned and did post bail for her release. She will be back in city court at a later date.

Jennifer A. Glover, 28, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 5 p.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, Glover was observed placing store merchandise in her purse at the Dollar General Store on Washington Street and attempting to leave the store without paying. She was taken to the city jail pending arraignment.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

BUSTI - Kyle T. Deering was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI and speeding in zone at 11:55 p.m. Tuesday. Deering was issued traffic tickets for the charges and is due back in the Town of Busti Court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

ELLICOTT - Alexander J. Woleen, 22, of Jamestown and Scott F. Trusso, 22, of Jamestown were both charged with three counts of endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marijuana at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, an officer from the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force checked a parked vehicle and its occupants. Officers interviewed Woleen, Trusso, a 15-year-old youth and two 16-year-old youths. After an investigation, a quantity of marijuana was seized from Woleen and Trusso. They were issued appearance tickets to answer the above charges in court at a later date. The youths were released to the custody of a parent or relative.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

NEW ALBION - Jeffrey A. Schosek, 29, of New Albion was charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and second-degree obstruction of governmental administration at 9:45 p.m. on June 10. According to a police report, deputies responded to a domestic call at his residence. Schosek allegedly broke a telephone and prevented an emergency call while he was being aggressive at the residence. After deputies arrived, he continued his aggressive behavior and was taken into custody. Bail was set at $750 and he is due back in court at a later date.

DELEVAN - David R. Farnham Jr., 25, of Delevan was charged with a violation of the Family Court Act at 5:30 p.m. Saturday. He was taken into custody on a family court warrant and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

NAPOLI - Raymond E. Blair III, 31, of Little Valley was arrested at his residence after it was discovered that he had an active warrant from Warren County, Pa. He was arraigned as a fugitive from justice and remanded to the Cattaraugus County Jail to be held for extradition proceedings.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

POMFRET - Briana Buchnowski, 18, of Irving was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol under the age of 21 at 10:40 p.m. Monday. Buchnowski was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be back in court at a later date.
