NORTH WARREN - Conewango Valley Country Club played host to the Special Olympics Golf Tournament on Monday.
In the Men's Net Division, Steve Rothenberg, Scott Pearson, Dan Hartzfeld and Fred Bachus took first in with 44.7.
Tied for second were the teams of Bob Crowley, John Zawacki, John Masterson and Mark Espin; and John Villella, Tom Drennen, Joe Hedman and Todd Hendricks and Jeff Gustafson, Shawn Baldensperger, Chad Hotaling and Rich Stover with 48.5s.
John P. Papalia, John R. Papalia, Andrew Papalia and Nick Papalia were the winners of the Men's Gross Division with 60 while Steve Bowman, Greg Card, Brian Devine and Bill Burk tied for second place with Jamie Fitch, Randy Thomas, Dave Holcomb and Kelly Smith at 63.
In the Mixed Net Division, the grouping of Tim Sandberg, Marlene Sandberg, Pat Jerman and Shari Jermin were tops with 46.7 followed by Cathy Zawacki, Karen Beardsley, Sally Steele and Judy McGinn with 48.
Tim Casey, Mike Hawley, Bob Rich and Barb Hill led the Mixed Gross Division with a 69 while Margi Cerra, Seth Erickson, Jonathan Kirkpatrick and Sam Lindberg and Jeff DiPetro, Ron Heinrich, Tammie Martinsen and James Farnsworth tied for second at 70.
Cathy Graves was closest to the pin on No. 11 while John Zawacki was closest on No. 7.
Jamie Fitch had the longest drive on No. 15 and Marlene Sandberg took the same honor on No. 14.
