Terry T. Harper, 43, of 311 Monroe St., Jamestown, died Monday, June 18, 2012, in the emergency room at WCA Hospital, the result of injuries sustained in a car-pedestrian accident.
He was born Oct. 31, 1968, at a military hospital in Heidelberg, Germany, the son of Dorothy Whitford Harper and the late William John Harper Sr.
Terry was a 1987 graduate of Jamestown High School. He loved being outdoors, spending time with his family, playing cards and pool, and he was an avid snake wrangler. He will be remembered as a loving father, son, brother, uncle and friend.

Surviving besides his mother of Jamestown are, three daughters: Sheldon Harper of Blockville, Myranda Russo of Jamestown, and Lakin Krein of Chicago; a son, Tyler; a sister, Loretta Emke of Jamestown; and three brothers: William John Harper Jr. of Idaho, Luke F. Harper of Panama, and John Harper of Jamestown.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by his grandmothers: Betty Whitford and Lorraine Harper.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday in the Lind Funeral Home. A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
