An open house to celebrate Bettie Tompsett's 100th birthday will be held on Sunday from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. in Kresge Hall, Schwab Manor, at Heritage Village in Gerry. The event will be hosted by her children: Dr. and Mrs. James (Sally) Tompsett of Livonia; and Mr. and Mrs. Donald (Nancy) Kindell of Yuba City, Calif. The family welcomes the public to stop by to wish Bettie a happy birthday and to share some refreshments.
