MAYVILLE - Gregory Pattison has pleaded guilty to two counts of first-degree manslaughter in the shooting deaths of Richard Alicea Jr. and Johnny Houston in the town of Gerry on May 23, 2001.
Original first- and second-degree murder convictions were overturned by an appellate court for technical reasons.
Pattison is currently incarcerated in the Victorville Federal Correctional Comples in Victorville, Calif.
