JAMESTOWN POLICE
Larry Klingensmith Jr. of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree menacing at 3:50 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, officers responded to 136 Euclid Ave. for a report of an intoxicated man. It was learned there had been a domestic incident between Klingensmith and another person during which Klingensmith allegedly threatened the person with a screw driver and damaged a wall inside the house. Klingensmith was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he can be arraigned.
ELLICOTT POLICE
Wayne, E. Stevens, 46, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child on Friday. According to a police report, officers were called to investigate a past-tense domestic incident that allegedly involved forms of child abuse. Stevens will be in court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
HANOVER - Brittany L. Peterson, 21, of Fredonia was charged with crossing hazard markings, driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated per se with a blood-alcohol content of .18 percent or higher at 1:21 a.m. Monday. She will be in court later.
MAYVILLE - Brett M. Bisbee, 19, of Westfield, who was wanted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office for third-degree robbery, turned himself in on Saturday. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail. Brisbee was removed from the Chautauqua County wanted list.
Jacob A. Matherly, 19, of Jamestown, who was wanted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office for probation of violation, was taken into custody by the Jamestown Police on Sunday. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail. Matherly was removed from the Chautauqua County wanted list.
Kendall E. Yeskey, 23, of Bemus Point, was wanted by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree grand larceny. He turned himself in to the court for his charge and the warrant was cancelled. Yeskey was removed from the Chautauqua County wanted list.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
SALAMANCA - Daniel R. Gleason, 23, of Portville was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08 percent and stopping on a public highway at 2:54 a.m. June 10. He will be in court later.
CATTARAUGUS - Jordan K. Fish, 21, of Jamestown was charged with violation of probation at 6:45 p.m. Thursday. He was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail awaiting arraignment.
DAYTON - Andrew C. Knopf, 23, of Dayton was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 5:30 p.m. June 9. The charges stemmed from an incident that took place on Allen Street in Dayton shortly before 3 a.m. June 9. He was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $500 bail and will be in court later.
SALAMANCA - Emilio Velasquez, 43, of Salamanca was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of more than .18 percent, failure to keep right and unlicensed operation at 9:40 p.m. Wednesday. He will be in court later.
SALAMANCA - Watson M. Cooper, 19, of Salamanca was charged with violation of probation at 10:30 p.m. Thursday. He was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $1,500 bail. Cooper will be in court later.
SOUTH DAYTON - Michael J. Hill, 21, of Ashville was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 10 p.m. June 9. According to a police report, Hill was found with a small quantity of marijuana on Mill Street in South Dayton. He will be in court later. At the same location, a 16-year-old youth was also issued an appearance ticket for possession of alcohol under the age of 21 and will be in court later.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
ELLERY - Krista L. France, 43, of Fredonia was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 3:58 p.m. Saturday. France was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be in court later.
NORTH HARMONY - Jordan L. Becker, 21, of Fort Sill, Okla. was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated at 1:01 a.m. Sunday. Becker was processed and released to a third party. He will be in court later.
CONEWANGO - Candice T. Brown, 17, of Conewango was charged with second-degree harassment at 9 a.m. Sunday. She will be in court later.
RIPLEY - A 16-year-old Ripley youth was charged with second-degree harassment at 3 p.m. June 12. He will be in court later.
BROCTON - Jeffrey B. Klinger, 27, of Brocton was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct at 11:30 p.m. Sunday.
COLLINS - Daniel J. Pfaffenbach, 31, of Cherry Creek and Kristin L. McChesney, 27, of South Dayton were both charged with trespassing at 5 a.m. Sunday. Both will be in court later.
PERRYSBURG - Geraldine L. Seneca, 30, of Gowanda and Kachine Lay, 19, of Gowanda were both charged with third-degree unauthorized use of a vehicle at 7:50 p.m. Sunday. They will be in court later.
