"Oh, My Aching Hands!", a free seminar was recently presented to a crowd of 29 gathered at Chautauqua Physical & Occupational Therapy in the Riverwalk Center. The program was designed to learn more about hand and wrist pain. Occupational Therapist Amy Livengood, OTR/L, CEAS II described the difference between carpal tunnel syndrome, trigger finger, arthritis, osteoarthritis, DeQuervain's Tensoynovitis and what a person can do to relieve pain.
