NEW YORK STATE POLICE

CHERRY CREEK - Ashley R. Lilley, 21, of Cherry Creek, and Youlanda M. Mocgonagle, 41, of Cherry Creek were both charged with trespassing and second-degree harassment at 8:15 p.m. Tuesday. Both will be in court later.

DUNKIRK - Kasey L. Crowe, 46, of Fredonia was charged with second-degree harassment at 10:40 p.m. Wednesday. She will be in court later.

FREDONIA - Marcus L. Carrizales, 19, of Brocton was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 11:10 p.m. Wednesday. He will be in court later.

COLLINS - Robert G. Bykowicz, 46, of Collins was charged with trespassing and second-degree harassment at 6 p.m. June 7.

COLLINS - Edwin Chmielewski, 24, of Dayton was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 1 p.m. Wednesday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge.

PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE

DEERFIELD - Cody R. Johnson, 19, of Pittsfield, Pa. was charged with one count of burglary, one count of theft by unlawful taking, two counts of criminal attempt to commit theft by unlawful taking, one count of corruption of minors and one count of criminal mischief. Charges were filed after an investigation into a stolen ATV and attempt to steal two other ATVs at the Clark camp located in Deerfield. Bail was set at $50,000.

YOUNGSVILLE - Amy Mathis of Stephensville, Texas was charged with access device fraud. According to a police report, Mathis charged a known victim $500 for an order that was made out for only $74 without authorization. The investigation is ongoing.
