BATH - Family Life is hosting a youth theater workshop series for kids ages 8-15. The five-day workshop will be held at Bemus Point United Methodist Church, June 25-29, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. each day.
Family Life drama teachers will train students throughout the week in the areas of acting, stagecraft, makeup, costuming and voice. In addition to studying theater and exploring the stage, drama students will learn about having faith in Jesus Christ, experience the joys of teamwork and discover the building blocks of good character.
On the final workshop day, the newly taught team will present the musical production, "Jonah's Druthers - A Whale of a Tale from the Good Book," to showcase their week of work.
