David W. Foley, Chautauqua County district attorney, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court before the Hon. John T. Ward. They are:
Luis A. Torres, 30, of 105 Howell St., Buffalo, was sentenced to two to four years in state prison for third-degree burglary.
Kim C. Erving, 26, of 6 Cook Ave., Jamestown, was sentenced to six months in jail for violation of probation.
