HARMONY - Nicholas A. Kelwaski, 19, of Ashville was charged with third-degree menacing, second-degree unlawful imprisonment and second-degree harassment at 1:48 a.m. Tuesday. Kelwaski is currently being held pending further action.
PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE
WARREN - Katherin M. Banks, 49, of Warren was charged with harassment at 9:15 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, Banks allegedly struck a victim in the mouth and back following a brief verbal argument.
