JAMESTOWN POLICE
Crystal D. Ingerson, 21, of Celoron was charged with speed in zone, moved from lane unsafely, driving while intoxicated and driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or greater at 11:08 p.m. Saturday. According to a police report, a vehicle was seen moving from its lane unsafely as it traveled west on W. Fourth Street. The vehicle was pulled over and Ingerson was observed driving with a man in the car. She was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until she could be arraigned.
David B. Reynolds, 37, of Jamestown was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child at 7 p.m. Saturday. According to a police report, officers responded to Bergman Park for a report of a drunk man. Witnesses told police the man had two small children with him at the park during a youth baseball game and the man was passing out in the bleachers and having a hard time standing. Officers arrived and, after speaking to Reynolds, determined that he was drunk and unable to supervise or care for the children. He was taken to the Jamestown City Jail without incident.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
Joshua A. Bang, 20, of Busti was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing or blood flow and second-degree harassment at 3:30 p.m. Saturday after a domestic incident. He will be in court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
MAYVILLE - Travis A. Vankevren, 19, of Mayville was charged with possession of marijuana at 12:12 a.m. Saturday. According to a police report, deputies pulled over Vankevren's vehicle for having a loud exhaust system. After speaking to him, deputies said they could smell marijuana coming from within the vehicle. Following an investigation, Vankevren and a 16-year-old passenger were found to be in possession of marijuana. They will be in court later.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
ELLICOTT Frank D. Renzi, 48, of Falconer was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent at 2:25 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.
ELLICOTT - Jeffrey J. MacCullough, 46, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent at 3:26 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.
DUNKIRK - Trevor L. Lantz, 25, of Corona, Ca. was charged with unlawfully dealing with fireworks, operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated at 6:18 a.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
DUNKIRK - William E. Dolan, 36, of Dunkirk was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated per se and driving while intoxicated at 10:21 p.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
