QUEENSBURY - Gabby Sherwood walked and eventually scored the winning run in the bottom of the sixth inning as the Greene Trojans beat the Frewsburg Bears, 3-2, in the New York State Public High School Athletic Association Class C semifinals Saturday afternoon at the Adirondack Sports Complex.
Karlee Foti led off the top of the seventh inning for the Bears with a single. Foti went to second base on a sacrifice bunt and third base on a groundout before a pop up ended the game.
