Sylva Marie Mueller, in-fant daughter of Joseph A. and Melissa J. Quisimberto Mueller of West Falconer Street, Falconer, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday (June 7, 2012) in the emergency department of WCA Hospital.
She was born March 8, 2012, in Jamestown, N.Y.
She is survived by her parents and siblings; Matthias P. Mueller, Gra-celyn P. Camarata and Sere-na C. Camarata, all of Fal-coner; maternal grand- parents: Raymond and Bonnie Leahy of James-town, and Joseph and Rosemary Quisimbreto of Summerfield, Fla.; paternal great-grandmother, Hedwig Mueller, a resident of Heri-tage Village in Gerry; as well as several aunts, un-cles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents: Peter Mueller and Janice Swanson Mueller; paternal great- grandparents, Glenn and Opal Swanson; a half- brother; and a cousin.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday, June 10, 2012, in the VanRensselear & Son Funeral Home, 14 Church St., Randolph, N.Y.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday in the Rutledge Rural Cemetery in Conewango Valley. John Congdon, deacon of the First Baptist Church in Randolph, will officiate. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Falconer Fire Department.
