Lisa Howard of Jamestown, N.Y., and John Neitzel of Trophy Club, Texas, announce the engagement of their daughter, Charlotte A. Neitzel, to Zachary T. Fowler, the son of Paula Dowiasz of Randolph, N.Y., and Steve Fowler of Celoron, N.Y.
Miss Neitzel is a graduate of Jamestown High School and The College of Culinary Arts, Dallas. Her fiance is a graduate of Archbishop Walsh High School, Jamestown Community College and is pursuing a degree in video production at Stevenson University in Maryland.
A July 2013 wedding is planned in Chautauqua County.
