CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

COLDSPRING - Brandie L. Green, 23, of Coldspring, was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree forgery at 1 p.m. Monday. According to police reports, Green turned herself in on an arrest warrant that was issued in November after an investigation by the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Bureau. The investigation found that she had possessed and used a stolen debit card to purchase items at OJ's Smoke Shop. She was released on her own recognizance to appear back in court on a later date.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

CHERRY CREEK - Travis J. Logan, 28, of Cherry Creek, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent and driving while intoxicated at 10:35 p.m. Tuesday. Logan was issued appearance tickets for the charges and will be back in court on a later date.
