Studio Dance Conservatory will present its annual recital, Colors 2012, at 7:30 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday in the Robert H. Jackson Center.
Ballet, contemporary, liturgical and hip hop will be performed by beginner- advanced level dancers.
Among the performers will be four ballet students who auditioned and were accepted into the Chautauqua School of Dance at Chautauqua Institution. Maisy Chang, Josephine Corey, Cecelia Johnson and Quinn Taylor will train in Chautauqua's pre-workshop, which accepts only 40 to 60 students nationwide at this level.

Studio Dance Conservatory’s Ballet IV dancers will perform in Colors 2012 annual recital on Saturday and Sunday in the Robert H. Jackson Center.
Hip Hop I and II students will perform their routines from the year's dance competitions. The students received first, second and third place trophies in all five of the competitions they participated in throughout Chautauqua County.
One of Chautauqua's Got Talent 2012 competitors will also be performing. Anna Paterniti, who represented the Studio Dance Conservatory, danced her way through four of five rounds of the competition and was invited back for an encore performance in its final week.
The Studio Dance Conservatory performance is open to the public. Tickets will be available at the door and are $8 for adults, $6 for youth under 18 and free for children under 5.
The conservatory is located at 90 Woodworth Ave., West Ellicott, and offers scholarships to boys ages 3 to 17. Summer session will be held from June 18 through Aug. 25, offering ballet, hip hop, jazz, contemporary and yoga and pilates.
