Paul P. Moran, 41, was charged with second-degree sexual abuse, forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child Thursday. According to a police report, a warrant had been issued for Moran's arrest stemming from offenses committed against a 12-year-old female victim in the village of Lakewood between April 27 and May 14.
Moran was arraigned in the Town of Busti Court and sent to the Chautauqua County jail on $5,000 bail. He is due back in the Town of Busti Court on Aug. 1.
