Porter T. Litteer, 28, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 2 a.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, officers responded to Rite Aid on South Main Street for a report of a person stealing alcoholic beverages. After being given a description of the person, officers found Litteer a short distance away. He was taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he can be arraigned.

SALAMANCA - Katrina J. Ray, 29, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief at 7:22 a.m. Tuesday, May 22. According to a police report, Ray had a verbal argument with another person which ended with a vehicle's tires being slashed. Ms. Ray was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $500 cash bail and $1,000 bond. She will be in court later.
LAKEWOOD - Jonathan D. Darcy, 27, of Jamestown was charged with three counts of petit larceny on Wednesday, May 23. According to a police report, an investigation showed Darcy had allegedly stolen bicycles and clothing items from Wal-Mart in Lakewood. He was charged and arraigned in Busti Town Court. He will be in court later.
LAKEWOOD - Andrew M. Butts, 19, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny on Wednesday. According to a police report, Butts was charged after allegedly using a stolen credit card at Wal-Mart to purchase items totalling $575. He will be in court later.
CELORON - Jennifer L. Aldrich, 33, of Celoron was charged with second-degree criminal contempt on Friday. According to a police report, Aldrich violated a valid order of protection issued by Ellicott Town Court when she was involved in a fight on West Duquesne Street in Celoron. She was arraigned and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail pending cash bail.
MAYVILLE - A 17-year-old youth was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:15 a.m. Sunday, May 20. According to a police report, officers allegedly saw the youth urinating behind a business in Westfield. The youth will be in court later.
WESTFIELD - Erin Weingart, 34, of Westfield was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 20. According to a police report, officers responded to 100 Watson Ave. for a reported fight. Weingart was allegedly involved in a fight during which she tried to punch the homeowner, knocked over a 1-year-old child and fought in the presence of an 8-year-old child. Weingart will be in court later.
