Bryce Raymond's two-hitter with eight strikeouts enabled the Southern Tier Hawks Under-14 baseball team to gain a split with Northtown Tides, 11-0, on Sunday.
The first game saw Northtown winning, 10-2, holding the Hawks to seven singles by different individuals.
Supporting Raymond were Noah Weinstein with three hits, and Koby Carter, Dane Johnson, Tyler Himes and Kass Howard with two. Raymond helped his own cause with a double.
The Hawks are comprised of players from Falconer, Frewsburg, Jamestown, Southwestern and Maple Grove.
