ELLICOTT POLICE
FALCONER - A 16-year-old was charged with disorderly conduct and underage possession of alcohol at 10:30 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, Ellicott police were called to a domestic incident that had started in a car and had continued to 211 E. James St. in Falconer. Upon arrival, it was found that the subject was out of control and had been drinking. She refused to calm down and made unreasonable noise. She was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail and will return to Ellicott court at a later date.
Michelle Bennett, 26, of Jamestown and Brandon M. Moriarty, of Jamestown were both charged with petit larceny Saturday. Bennett was additionally charged with resisting arrest. According to a police report, Ellicott police and Lakewood-Busti police responded to a report of an intoxicated individual in front of Rite Aid on Fairmount Avenue. Upon arrival, it was found that Bennett was in possession of a large amount of items taken from Rite Aid. Bennett became combative with officers and had to be restrained. It was also determined that Moriarty was involved in the theft. Bennett was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of bail and Moriarty was issued an appearance ticket. Both subjects will be in court at a later date.
DUNKIRK POLICE
DUNKIRK - Brian S. Montanez, 33, of Dunkirk, was charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, obstructing governmental administration, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to keep right at 4:50 p.m. Saturday. According to a police report, Montanez was spotted by an officer driving with a suspended license. After the officer initiated a traffic stop, he fled at first in his vehicle, then on foot. After a short pursuit, during which time Montanez discarded items under a nearby vehicle, he was taken into custody. Upon investigation, officers found the bags that he had discarded, which contained numerous bags of narcotics packaged for street sale. He is currently being held without bail pending arraignment and will be in court at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
HANOVER - Aldo J. Orsi III, 36, of Lewiston was charged with aggravated DWI .18 percent or higher, DWI and unsafe backing at 2:35 a.m. Monday. According to a police report, Orsi allegedly backed the vehicle that he was operating into another parked vehicle, causing damage to both. Further investigation found that Orsi was intoxicated. He was released with tickets and will appear in court later.
WESTFIELD - Matthew N. MacDonald, 29, of Westfield was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, second-degree aggravated harassment, unlawful possession of marijuana and DWI at 11:07 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, deputies responded to a report of an unwanted male subject at a town of Westfield residence attempting to gain entry. Upon arrival, they found MacDonald laying on the porch of the residence. He was found to be in possession of a small amount of marijuana and after an investigation, he was additionally charged with DWI and aggravated harassment. He will be in court at a later date.
HANOVER - Butch Heppner, 25, of Buffalo, Matthew Helmbercht, 23, of Buffalo, and Mark Helmbrecht, 52, of Buffalo were all charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage at 5:30 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, a deputy on foot patrol in Sunset Bay observed all three subjects in possession of open containers of alcoholic beverages. They were issued appearance tickets for the violation and will be in court at a later date.
HANOVER - Thomas Jaren, 23, of Buffalo was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage at 5 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, Jaren was observed allegedly to be in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in Sunset Bay. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court at a later date.
HANOVER - David Thompson, 21, of Grand Island was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage at 3:25 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, Thompson was observed allegedly to be in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in Sunset Bay. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court at a later date.
HANOVER - Darrin Herndon, 24, of Cheektowaga was charged with having an open container of an alcoholic beverage at 4:20 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, Herndon was observed allegedly to be in possession of an open container of an alcoholic beverage while in Sunset Bay. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court at a later date.

SOUTH VALLEY - Daniel L. Kessler, 25, of Fredonia was charged with second-degree harassment and acting in a manner that is injurious to a child under the age of 17 at 10:55 a.m. Monday.
GERRY - Randi E. Beichner, 23, of Sinclairville was charged with second-degree criminal trespassing at 6:10 p.m. Monday. She was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court at a later date.
ELLICOTT - Crystal A. Simonds, 39, was charged with second-degree harassment at 12:11 a.m. Tuesday. She was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court at a later date.
BRANT - Vintelli J. Amoia, 20, of Buffalo was charged with DWI and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 percent at 6:05 p.m. Monday. He was released to a third party and will be in court at a later date.
