Mr. Colman L. Kosinski, 16, of Cattaraugus, N.Y., died Saturday (May 26, 2012).
Friends may attend a memorial visitation on Wednesday (May 30, 2012) from 4 to 6 p.m. at the O'Rourke & O'Rourke Inc. Funeral Home, 25 River St., Salamanca, N.Y.
