CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
STOCKTON - Todd A. Dellahoy, 40, of 5818 Forest Crossing, Erie, Pa., was charged with driving while intoxicated, DWI per se, loud exhaust, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and failure to keep right, following a reckless operation complaint at the Willowbrook Trailer Park in Stockton at 11:08 p.m. Thursday. Police say the vehicle was pulled over for failing to keep right and a loud exhaust. After an investigation it was learned that Dellahoy was intoxicated. He will appear in Town of Sheridan Court at a later date.
JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Craig M. Kennison, 45, of Rochester was charged with petit larceny and second-degree harassment following a shoplifting report at 50 S. Main St., at 5:45 p.m. Thursday. Officers spoke to the manager of the store who said that a subject left the store with merchandise. The manager allegedly approached the subject who became disorderly and grabbed the manager. Officers located the subject, took him into custody and charged him. He was taken to Jamestown City Jail and held pending arraignment.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE DEPARTMENT
LAKEWOOD - Jonathan Darcy, 27, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny following a shoplifting report at Wal-Mart in Lakewood at 9:16 p.m. Thursday. Police were told a man stole a bicycle and a man matching the description of Darcy was found walking a short distance away from the store. Darcy admitted to taking the bicycle, valued at $246 and not paying for it. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Town of Busti Court at a later date.
WESTFIELD POLICE DEPARTMENT
A 17-year-old Mayville youth was charged with disorderly conduct at 1:15 a.m. Sunday. Police observed a male urinating behind a local business on East Main Street in the village of Westfield. He was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in Westfield Village Court at a later date.
PENNSYLVANIA STATE POLICE
BROKENSTRAW - Renee Steele of Youngsville, Pa., was charged with assault, harassment and disorderly conduct after an incident at 5 p.m. Tuesday. Steele was arraigned in Marienville and committed to Warren County Jail in lieu of $8,000 bond.
SALAMANCA POLICE DEPARTMENT
Samuel I. Kettle, 17, of Salamanca was charged with petit larceny, third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief following an incident at 12:33 a.m. Friday. Kettle is being held awaiting arraignment.
Christopher R. Terhune, 29, of Salamanca was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing/blood circulation, third-degree assault, fourth-degree criminal mischief, first-degree burglary and second-degree kidnapping following an incident at 1:50 a.m. Friday.
