Randall and Susan Peterson of Ashville, N.Y, announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth ''Betsy'' S., to Craig A. Korth, the son of Ed and Otylia Korth of Long Island, N.Y. Miss Peterson is also the granddaughter of Elsie Colander and Gladys Peterson, both of Jamestown.
Miss Peterson is a graduate of Harvard University, the State College at Geneseo and Jamestown High School in 2004. She is employed as a middle school math teacher for Nyack Public Schools, Nyack, N.Y. Her fiance is employed by Kayak.com.
An Aug. 4, 2012 wedding is planned.
