JAMESTOWN POLICE

Crystal L. Caylor, 32, of Jamestown was charged with driving while intoxicated at 7:36 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, officers stopped to check a report of a disorderly person and suspicious activity in the area of Falconer and Stowe streets. Officers encountered Caylor who was allegedly found to be driving while intoxicated. She will be in court later to answer the charge.

Anthony R. Ford, 38, of Jamestown was charged with public consumption of alcohol at 7:36 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, officers stopped to check a report of a disorderly person and suspicious activity in the area of Falconer and Stowe streets. Officers encountered Ford who was allegedly found to be in possession of an open container of alcohol upon a public street. He will be in court later to answer the charge.

Robert P. Bargy Jr., 48, of Jamestown was charged with disorderly conduct at 7:36 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, officers stopped to check a report of a disorderly person and suspicious activity in the area of Falconer and Stowe streets. Officers encountered Bargy and he was taken into custody after he used allegedly profane language in a public place. He will be in court later to answer the charge.

Ken W. Howell Jr., 23, was charged with obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, failure to comply, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration at 6:38 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, officers attempted to stop Howell for operating his motor vehicle with a suspended license and registration. An officer activated the emergency lights on the patrol car near the intersection of Washington Street and West Third Street and Howell continued across the Washington Street bridge. He was finally stopped near Forest Avenue. Howell then failed to comply with officers instructing him to exit the vehicle. He will be in court later to answer the charges.

Jerry White, 37, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation at 3:48 p.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, officers stopped to speak with a suspicious male in the area of Bush and Winsor streets. While speaking with the male subject he gave officers a false name. Through investigation it was determined that the subject was Jerry White who had a NYS parole warrant. He was transported to the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment. He will be in court later.

LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

LAKEWOOD - Leslie A. Robles, 30, of Fredonia was charged with petit larceny at 2:15 p.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, officers responded to Wal-Mart on a shoplifting call. When officers arrived, they found Robles in the custody of loss prevention. Robles was found to be in possession of $186 worth of merchandise that she did not pay for. She was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court on a later date.

ELLICOTT POLICE

James R. Blizzard, 31, of Jamestown was charged with aggravated harassment Sunday. According to a police report, Blizzard made several phone calls to a West Ellicott resident making threats, stating that he would come to that house and burn it down. A warrant was issued for Blizzard and he was taken into custody by Ellicott police. He was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on $1,000/$2,000 bail. He will appear in court at a later date.

WESTFIELD POLICE

WESTFIELD - Courtney M. Bird, 29, of Portland, Maine, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and criminal possession of a controlled substance at 1:50 a.m. Thursday. According to a police report, officers stopped a vehicle on North Portage Street in Westfield for an equipment violation. Upon investigation at the stop, Bird was allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana as well as in possession of a controlled substance. She was taken into custody, arraigned and posted bail. She will be in court later.

WESTFIELD - Svanna A. Clariot, 32, of Portland, Maine, and Rei A.W. Reynosa, 25, of Kenosha, Wis. were both charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:50 a.m. Thursday. According to a police report, officers stopped a vehicle on North Portage Street in Westfield for an equipment violation. Upon investigation, the driver was found to be Clariot. After further investigation, all of the subjects in the vehicle were allegedly found to be in possession of marijuana. Clariot and Reynosa were issued appearance tickets and will be in court at a later date.
