To the Readers' Forum:
We're writing to encourage our fellow citizens who are concerned about what's happening in America, to peacefully unite. There are many in the government and the media who have worked hard to discourage, divide, discredit and silence those who ''dare'' to question or challenge the legislation, mandates, regulations and executive orders that are rapidly being ''thrown'' at us.
Politicians who are attempting to put the brakes on the fiscal insanity and to secure our borders, are demonized. Our basic freedoms of speech, religion, to bear arms to protect ourselves and to even own private property are in jeopardy. Our unborn children and grandchildren are already in massive debt. We must unite - again peacefully and respectfully. It doesn't matter what your political party is - if any!
In our area we have a TEA party (Taxed Enough Already) group that meets regularly. We are just a group of concerned citizens who see America being ''driven off a cliff'' and we want our kids and grandkids to live n the safe and free nation that we've been blessed with. Our meetings are announced in this newspaper.
