Pharmacy Innovations officials have named Darcy Rhinehart as vice president. Mrs. Rhinehart has been with Pharmacy Innovations for 12 years, and has helped oversee the growth of the company from a single location in Jamestown, to the current five locations in five different states that the pharmacy operates.
