To the Readers' Forum:
I agree with Vince DeJoy that we need businesses on this side of town. For several years, I've wondered why Kohl's wouldn't go in the old Quality as there is plenty of parking space and customers will come from Pennsylvania, etc. Since the Olive Garden is having trouble locating in Lakewood, what's the problem with Northside? This an other business people will travel to. If Olean can get a Kohl's, why can't we?
