JAMESTOWN POLICE
Limarys Carmona, 34, of Jamestown, was charged with loud noise and resisting arrest and Richard A Poorman, 28, was charged with loud noise at 2:28 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, officers responded to 25 Linden Ave. for a reported fite. When they arrived, officers found no one fighting but found multiple houses with loud noise. Both Cimona and Poorman were taken to the Jamestown City Jail awaiting arraignment. They will be in court later.
Kylie M. Reeves, 19, of Jamestown, Ashley M. Kendall, 19, of Jamestown and Charles H. Monroe, 20, of Jamestown were charged with unnecessary noise and Christopher E. Dellahoy, 23, of Jamestown, was charged with second-degree criminal nuisance at 12:05 a.m. Saturday. According to a police report, officers responded to Myrtle Street and Columbia Avenue for a fight involving several people. Officers found two people who had injuries. Reeves, Kendall, Moore and Dellahoy were charged. The investigation si continuing.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
LAKEWOOD - Danielle N. Payne of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. According to a police report, Payne was caught stealing various $66.14 worth of items at the Wal-Mart store in Lakewood. She will be in court later.
BUSTI - Shelby D. Tuszynski, 30, of Union City, Pa., was charged with failure to keep right, unlicensed driver, driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated per se. According to a police report, officers pulled over a vehicle on Busti-Sugar Grove Road in Busti. Officers found he was driving on an expired Pennsylvania driver's license. He was taken charged and then turned over to the Jamestown Police Department for an active arrest warrant from Jamestown City Court. He will be in court later.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPT.
SHERIDAN - Lee W. Seybold, 50, of Sheridan was charged with second-degree assault and aggravated criminal contempt at 10:45 a.m. Sunday. According to a police report, deputies served felony arrest warrants on Seybold issued by Hanover Town Court. The charges stemmed from an fight involving Seybold and a person who had a valid order of protection against him. He was arraigned and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail without bail. He will be in court later.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
SALAMANCA - Benjamin J. Puszcz, 30, of Great Valley was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 perecent or greater, failure to maintain lane and improper position at an intersection at 10:53 p.m. Thursday. He was taken to Salamanca Police Department for processing and released with appearance tickets. He will be in court later.
OLEAN - Matthew D. Cox, 39, of Pittsburgh was charged with third-degree welfare fraud and third-degree grand larceny at 12:06 p.m. Saturday. According to a police report, Cox and his wages were not included on his wife's applications to the Cattaraugus County Social Services Department she submitted from April 2010 to August 2011. Cox and his wife received $13,918 in food stamps to which they were not entitled. He will be in court later.
RANDOLPH - Wayne B. Wright, 41, of Randolph, was charged with second-degree menacing, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and falsely reporting an incident at 8:51 p.m. April 12. According to a police report, Wright called in a false report of an assault with a weapon. When deputies responded to the call, Wright threatened them with a large baton-like stick. He was taken into custody, arraigned and released. He will be back in court later.
